We have used Showroom in the past but this this time we opt for the entire kitchen and more flooring to be renovated. The process started with the planning until fully executed. We knew this job was going to be a long and timely process. The guys came in and did the job with in the time frame and it looks marvelous. I have posted pics of the finished job.

Working with John and The Showroom in Yelm, Washington was the best experience we have had working with a contractor. We have done many renovations and builds, and nothing compares to the person touch and the desire to get the job done right. It isn't easy these days to find product and people, but John did it and we are thrilled.

Five star experience working with John and Deanna in transforming three tired and dated bathrooms into tile and quartz masterpieces. Looking at the beautiful cabinetry and tile craftsmanship gives me a thrill every time I walk in and I'm feeling that I have really made this 40 year old house my own. I could not be happier with the recommendations on carpeting John provided to me as my past carpet experiences (prior to Showroom) have been lacking in visual impact. He and Deanna listened to some very general and somewhat vague ideas I had walking into the design session and 45 minutes later we had a visually striking and timeless color palette without being overly trendy. I feel confident that our bathrooms and flooring choices will wear the years well. We are looking forward to having houseguests for the first time since moving in and showing off our guest quarters. In the past months we built a new house in the area of Lake Lawrence. Being new to this part of the country, we relied heavily on the recommendations of our Contructor as to where to find a reliable interior designer for our needs. This how we started our business relationship with the Showroom Interior and their staff. Our experience has been nothing but the best. The Principal, Mr. Sullivan, and her designer Ms. Deanna are tops as measured on any scale. Their attention to details, their follow up and drive to insure we were pleased under all aspects of the work, was impressive and impeccable. Through the showroom we purchased and had installed flooring, kitchen and bathroom cabinets, stairs and more. All of their subcontracted workers were polite and efficient. As result of their work, today we live happily in a beautiful home. We consider ourselves lucky to have been recommended the Showroom and we would not hesitate to recommend it to any interested party.

John and his team did an amazing job on my kitchen, from product selection to installation the process was seamless. I’d highly recommend them to anyone!

We hired The Showroom to remodel our kitchen which included new cabinets, quartz countertops and tile backsplash. Deanna, the designer at The Showroom worked with me to pick the perfect colors and products. She did a digital picture so we were able to tweak the layout to best fit our needs. John handled the management of the contractors and communication. We were very happy to get frequent updates and clarifying questions when needed. All in all it was a very pleasant experience from start to finish. Our kitchen turned out better than expected and The Showroom team made the process as smooth as possible.

My 50-year-old house with original kitchen cupboards and layout needed a fresh new look. I wanted it to make me smile! The Showroom offered a wonderful selection of materials for me to choose from without it being overwhelming. I appreciated handling the materials, bringing them to my home, and seeing them side by side. When only a very small-sized sample of a possible countertop was available, they offered to order a larger sized sample. This made the final decision easy and I was able to make the final decision with confidence. Seeing the computer-generated layout showing the materials I had chosen was extremely helpful. Materials were ordered and delivered on the exact date promised - all this during the pandemic! I was impressed with the quality and attention to detail each tradesperson brought to the project. I had confidence I would be really pleased with the end result. But, the completed kitchen is even more wonderful than I ever could have hoped for! I LOVE BEING IN MY KITCHEN!! I love every detail! Yes, it makes me smile! Those who have seen it say, "it is so you" - I agree!

We shopped at several large, high volume stores when selecting cabinets and finishes for a new home build. Those stores were massive and had two things in common: The selection was overwhelming and good advice was hard to find. Then we called John at The Showroom. They had a very well rounded selection of tasteful carpeting, flooring, tile and cabinets, not too cheap and not too expensive, just right. Sort of like Goldilocks and the Three Bears. Initially we were shopping only for cabinets. We had drawings of what we wanted for the kitchen and great room but needed help bringing them to life. They had several lines of cabinets and Woodland cabinets had a gorgeous cherry finish and shaker style door that was perfect. Deanna spent quite a bit of time drawing 3D images of our layouts, and happily made last minute changes to include built in wine cubbies and a pull-out drawer to hide a small step ladder. The advice they gave us was spot on during the entire process. Images were created with our selected colors and materials, wood stain, quartz countertop, appliances and door/drawer pulls. Her work was fantastic, allowing us to visualize all of our selections. While we were there we also found wonderful flooring materials, unique and colorful tile for showers, backsplashes, fireplace surround, and probably more that I've forgotten. Construction was challenging, coming at the peak of the Covid pandemic. Supply chains were disrupted and lead times were long. John spent a lot of time making it all happen without delaying the build. Some of the delivered materials were not right and John was able to work with manufacturers to expedite new materials and keep us on schedule. Installation was very professional, the exact results we dreamed of! No home building experience comes without stress but John and his team went above and beyond to fulfill our dreams at a challenging time. We are thrilled with our gorgeous kitchen and great room and very grateful to The Showroom team for helping to bring our dreams to life. We would recommend their services and products to anyone who is looking for top notch design products and installation for their homes.

John was very helpful from start to finish with the remodeling of our master bath and whole house flooring. The bath looks awesome and exactly what I was hoping for, and the floors definitely met our expectations. Would use The Showroom again.
